• Proof such as photos of damaged items or packing slips may be required.

Refund Processing

• Once the returned items are received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within up to 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that processing time refers to the time required to prepare and dispatch your order and is separate from delivery time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship all orders using Royal Mail Tracked services:

• Royal Mail Tracked 24: Delivery aim of 1–2 working days after dispatch

• Royal Mail Tracked 48: Delivery aim of 2–3 working days after dispatch

Overall, you can expect your order to arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch, depending on the service selected.

Tracking Information

All shipments are fully tracked. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your delivery progress directly with Royal Mail.
